SpadesLife retains a 10% commission on all product sales made through the
site.

Service providers pay a flat listing fee to advertise their services. No sales commission is collected from service listings.

To maintain trust and legitimacy across the marketplace, all sellers must provide:

A letter of good standing or Current business license, plus Proof of EIN (Employer Identification Number)

OR

Membership or verification from recognized organizations such as the SBA, NMSDC, or U.S. Black Chambers, Inc.

AND

Government-issued photo ID from the primary business owner

Only registered businesses with EINs are permitted. No exceptions.
